PRE-SEASON CONDITIONING

This 10 week, 20 session program is designed for the Sidecountry and Back-country Skier seeking to increase their Strength Endurance, Work Capacity and Stamina prior to the start of Ski Season. Volume, load and  intensity are progressed over the course of the 10 week cycle. You will train 2 days a week and are expected to continue to participate in your regular activities like cycling, running and hiking on your off days from training.
