The Open Line: Book One of Outriding

Theodore Castelline hits the ground running, after a very dishonorable discharge from his former post as librarian to the greatest military corporation the City of Earth has ever known: In lieu of a death sentence, he has been reassigned to the graduate program at Carrier’s Outriding, a space station and archive of incalculable age and wisdom, slowly succumbing to madness and in desperate need of a defrag.
