Deck out your ATEM Mini Extreme with the the PK1 Extreme DIY stand!

The PK1 Extreme DIY version is designed so that you can use off-the-shelf parts for the long top and bottom bars, which saves a ton of print time and also avoids the risk of failed prints on the long straight parts. Everything you need to assemble this is described and linked below.
The shape and mounting points on the side bars are identical to the PK1 Extreme stand, so all accessories will fit both models, with the exception of the top clips to hold down the ATEM Mini Extreme.

For example the first product page I bought the aluminum extrusion when testing now is for a different length. Double check that what you're buying matches the description I've given on this page first!
Print Bed Layout
All the parts should fit on the print bed for the Prusa Mini! Here's one way to fit everything on the print bed. This takes about 15 hours at 0.15mm "Quality" setting on the Prusa Mini+. All other settings are at their defaults.
The top bar attaches with two M5 screws, one on each end. You'll need to slide the T nuts inside the aluminum extrusion first before placing the bar into the left and right side pieces. Tighten the screws, but do not over-tighten! The screws should hold the aluminum extrusion firmly in place on the side pieces.
Make sure to slide in two T nuts for the monitor mount and two T nuts for each cold shoe before attaching this to the side pieces if you are planning on adding those mounting options!
To attach the bottom bars to the side pieces, insert the stainless steel rods into the circular holes on the sides. Insert a square nut into each slot, then tighten with a 6mm screw from the bottom. The screw should end up pressing against the metal rod to hold it in place. When I was testing this build, I noticed that some of my 6mm screws were just shy of 6mm, so make sure you find ones that are actually 6mm or slightly longer. You'll need to add rubber feet to the bottom since the screws do not sink in to the stand.
The rear feet attach with two screws and two hex nuts each. The hex nuts should slide into the holes in the main side piece, and you can screw from the back of the feet into the side pieces. Do not over tighten!
Cold Shoe Mounts
You can attach the cold shoe mounts to each side of the top bar. You'll need to slide the T nuts in before attaching the top bar to the side pieces. The cold shoe adapters screw in with M5*8mm screws. The head of the screws should sink fully into the adapter. I've noticed that some screws have super large heads so make sure you find the small rounded head versions.
The monitor mount is made up of two 3D printed parts and a SmallRig 1091 cheese bar. First, attach the larger 3D printed part along with the SmallRig bar to the top aluminum bar. The two screw holes in the plastic part should line up with the SmallRig cheese bar, and the screws will go fully into the SmallRig bar to hold everything in place into the two T nuts inside the aluminum extrusion. The faceplate attaches with two square nuts and two M4 screws.
That's it! You should now have a completed stand for your ATEM Mini Extreme! You can of course get creative with attaching other accessories to the available screw holes on the sides of the stand!
