Stacey received her Bachelors Degree in Dietetics from Brigham Young University, Masters Degree in Nutrition at Texas Woman’s University and completed her CDR-accredited Dietetic Internship at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, where she was later a clinical dietitian. She left clinical nutrition to focus on preventative wellness.
Stacey then established a private practice and nutrition communications brand, Stacey Mattinson Nutrition (blogging at www.staceymattinson.com) where she’s helped thousands of people take the stress out of healthy eating.
