RepRanger - 1/18 Scale toy scout/strike vehicle

This listing is to download the STL files to 3D print your own RepRanger 1/18 scale jeep, not for a physical copy of the toy.

The pics of the printed product is printed in PLA in the Repkord BattlePak colors.

1/18 scale jeep that prints with minimal support. Most of the model simply snaps together. Only spot that glue is needed is on the roof panel and steering wheel because they are too thin to put snap connectors in. The hex shaped holes all over the body will soon be receiving various weapons designed to be plugged into them however you see fit.

The frame, tires and steering wheel work best with supports where touching the build plate. Everything else I was able to print without support. Your results may vary.

Every part of the base model jeep is designed to fit on a 200mm x 200mm build plate.

Step 1 - Press wheels and tires together. a drop of glue may be necessary to make sure they don't slide back apart, depending on your printers tolerances.

Step 2 - Carefully snap the wheels onto the axles.

Step 3 - Line up and snap the lower body onto the 8 snap connectors on the frame.

Step 4 - Snap the upper body pieces onto their respective snap connectors.

Step 5 - Glue in the steering wheel and roof panel

Step 6 have fun with your new jeep!
