Drinon Leadership Express: Refining Your Leadership Philosophy and Style

Being able to articulate one’s leadership philosophy provides a frame of reference from which to operate, for both the leader and follower. Continually refining one’s style allows the individual to implement new ideas about leadership and better match the needs of followers. This session reviews basic styles of leadership, larger schools of leadership thought and the implications of these various theories when it comes to practice or application. Forms of power available to the leader are discussed. An exercise for articulating your leadership philosophy is included.
