The Kratos Program - A Program of Pure Strength Training

Strength is the cornerstone element of a resilient body and mind, and training to be stronger is at the root of every man's desire when he begins lifting weight. 

In the Kratos Program, you will learn the art and science of Strength and strength training.

This program is 12 weeks long, and is INTENSE

You will be lifting only 4 days a week, but the weights will be heavy, and the training sessions grueling.

This program requires that you be able to Squat, bench and deadlift with proficiency. If you have injuries/issues that prevent you from doing these movements, DO NOT invest in this program. 

You will also need access to a solid gym that has barbells, Dumbbells, and dip and chin bars. If you don't have these things, DO NOT get this program
