Movement Skills for Climbers is a collection of 12 essential on the wall drills used to foster continued learning and more efficient movement. All of the drills are designed to be plugged into any training plan or climbing session. Each exercise can begin as a warm-up and progress over time, making them appropriate for all levels of climber, coach, or movement teacher.
