Vital Tones VR is a brainwave Vision Recovery (VR) treatment designed to improve eye/vision disorders associated with the visual system. Vision relies on the functioning of photoreceptors located in the retina, which is a layer of cells situated at the back of the eye. The optic nerve carries the visual information from the eye, and at the optic chiasm, there is a partial crossing of axons. Beyond the chiasm, these axons form the optic tract, which wraps around the midbrain to reach the lateral geniculate nucleus (LGN). In the LGN, all the axons must synapse before continuing as the optic radiations, which traverse the deep white matter of the brain and ultimately reach the primary visual cortex at the back of the brain.

Vital Tones VR comprises two different sessions. Session 1 focuses on stimulating the visual cortex, while Session 2 targets the optic systems. Each session has a duration of 21 minutes.
