ya_NoChance

A simple device to set the % Chance for Note-Ons to get thru. 

This is based on ya_NoonGate, so no Note-Offs are left behind and no Notes get cut off. 

Use multiple ya_NoChance in parallel Midi Chains to explore Chance.
