I am creating a new program under the heading of quick money hustles. One thing that I’ve learned is many people that come to my YouTube channel, usually, find me, when things are bad.

Usually very bad. Sometimes a financially solvent rare soul will come to the channel and become inspired. Frequently people come to my channel when they are at wits end or so broke that the lights are about to be cut off. When the hole is that deep it would take a tremendously large shovel to make a dent in it quickly. I understand keeping hope alive and well, but there is such a thing as foolishness.

Sometimes the cold water of harsh reality must wash all over your body for you to get it. There is no Superman. No one is coming to save you. It is up to you to make your life better.

Grand segments of the population are conditioned to expect quick solutions to long-term problems. An ugly by-product of slick marketing. I used to bang my head against the wall and wonder why do so many people who had wasted years or sometimes decades getting themselves into a personal mess seriously expected a viable solution from me?

Some way, some how I was to created magic from the ashes of their misery to turn that ship of poor decisions and personal tragedy around in a matter of days or weeks.

It is not going to happen.

However, I have come to a new understanding. For many people, things have gone so well for so long they really do not know how to handle adversity. Your cable being out is not hardship that is an inconvenience. Adversity is hunger there’s no food in the refrigerator there is no money in your wallet. There is no money coming into your life anytime soon. That my friend is adversity.

The world is a cold and cruel place.

Many people out there are in need of a quick money hustle. Most of my training teachings and philosophies are steeped in techniques and methodologies for the long haul.

Read that as It will take a significant amount of time to get your business up and running for you to receive the financial yield that you want.

Going back to social conditioning to rapid solutions for any problem. I saw a special opportunity to fill that need. Hence quick money hustles. If you started with these platforms, chances are you will need to reinvest your proceeds for several months to build up your inventory. That's not a quick money hustle.

Let’s talk about rideshare.

That is the formal term for what Uber is classified as in terms of business. One of the reasons that I jumped on it so hard is the company is at the core of the disruptive economy. I love the times we are live! At no point in history could you start something so fast and make large sums of money!

Uber Is five years old and growing like a weed in the garden. Currently, you can start with Uber and make some money within a matter of days. The pay week is Monday to Monday and payday is Thursday. It fits the framework of a quick money hustle.

Let's say your name is Joe.

You have a budgetary shortfall of $600 per month. Is creating a bad atmosphere between you and the wife. At times, you wonder if it’s worth it all. Uber is not perfect

Since I did a video about my experiences with Uber our perceived countless emails with links to articles talking about the less than stellar side of Uber.

I read each article.

One overwhelming thing that stood out to me. The article was written from the perspective of an employee - employer relationship. When you work with any rideshare company, you are an independent contractor.

Your success is 100% incumbent upon your efforts. This is something that I have preached on my YouTube channel since 2009!

I begin to understand more about some of the people in my tribe as I read articles. Many people are not prepared for entrepreneurship high-level hustling from a mental standpoint.

If you continue to see things from an employee - employer relationship, you will forever be frustrated. Going forward many of the jobs that people currently hold will flip into an independent contractor situation in the near future.

That rare animal called job security is being seen less and less as the economy shimmies and shakes out the fat and obsolete with firm vigor and no remorse.

Think of any opportunity that you enter into as a business to business opportunity.

Kill your mental employee today!

Forget about being paid per hour in think about being paid for value. Wrap your head around the concept of sometimes as a business owner you will win and sometimes you will lose.

Your success as a business owner will be up and down.

Those are the facts. When you can embrace that you become powerful. I understand that wonderful dream many have. Someone will hire you and pay you $300,000 a year. You don’t have to answer to anyone. You can come and go as you please. Choose the people that you work with and have untold off days of vacation. So many people are looking for that opportunity. I'll tell you little secret it does not exist!

Frequently the people that make that type of income are business owners. It is rare that an employee will make such an income. Only 2.5% of the country’s population makes that type of money. So adjust your expectations accordingly.
