The e-Book, "Kickstarting Your Home Meditation Practice"

This e-book lays the foundation for a straight-forward, daily meditation practice. It is designed for those with little-to-no meditation experience, however, many of the resources will help those who have tried meditation in the past, but have been unable to establish a successful routine. Meditation can provide all of us with enormous benefits, from improved concentration and reduced stressed to the cultivation of gratitude and compassion. This guide will lead you through the first steps on that path in a fun, relatable way.


The Guided Audio Meditations

I am a meditation teacher, and have a business (officemindfulness.com) teaching meditation classes at offices around Portland, OR. I've included two short audio meditations with this guide to give you an idea of what a typical practice might feel like. They can be used as often or infrequently as needed. It can be difficult to sit down and meditate silently, especially for beginners. These recorded meditations allow you to ease into that practice.
