I realize that it can be very frustrating to meal plan and find recipes that fit the 21 Day Fix Extreme workout program. With most meal plans you find online, you run in to two problems: 1) the recipes are great, but difficult to plug into the container allotment for the day 2) The meal plan is counted correctly, but the recipes are dull and repetitive.
I love to cook and feel that clean eating should still be fun, but not cause you to have to cook constantly. In this guide, I have options that are flavorful, good for the entire family, can be prepped in a batch, and yet still match the container allotment for the day. 1) A place to track your progress / 3 weeks of meal plans / blank meal plan (all can be printed)
2) The grocery lists to match: 3 entire weeks worth + blank printable so you can plan your own later on
3) The recipes: Over 20 pages of recipes that match the 3 weeks of meal plans. I also included seasonings in case you want to spice things up. All are 21 Day Fix approved and I noted the color containers and serving size you will use for each recipe.
