I'm a firm believer that for optimal fitness all you need is a healthy diet and a good workout regimen; basically this workout plan.

I'm trying to create a 21st century approach to distributing personal fitness information.

Every client I've trained has thoroughly enjoyed my program.  

I pride myself on not being a hypocrite. I've been doing this training style for around a year and a half now. I'm very confident it works.
