The workouts shouldn’t take longer than 45 minutes each day and the combination of lifts + conditioning will help make you stronger, powerful, more explosive, yet leaner all at the same time. The workouts are for the intermediate to advanced lifter, however they can be modified to meet your needs. And the best part about the program is that when you’re done, you can start over!
