Basic Cyclic movement combinations including:
- Back Forward,
- cForward-cBack and
All movements are done with both arms in the same plane (i.e. 1-1, 2-2... a-a, b-b...). Movements are done first with weight on one leg, then with weight on
As I do the movements I say the movement and the position that the arms are moving to. At the same time, the current sequence of positions is also displayed at the side of the video. (Click the header of this page to view the sample video.)
This package includes 16 videos in all with each about 1:30 to 2 minutes in length.
