I pull from my corrective exercise background to balance out your body by working your muscles from all angles, but the personal trainer side of me can't let you off without revving up your metabolism something fierce!
Using The 30x30 Project Bootcamp as the foundation, I've expanded the workouts to 7-15 1/2 minutes each of hardcore bang for your buck. You can do them separately, or all together if you're up for a challenge!
For best results, rotate through the entire series of videos with 2 or more videos per day (in addition to Warm It Up!, which should be performed at the beginning of your exercise routine every time). Aim for 4 days of workouts/week, and you're on track to be your strongest self!
