Age group: A seasonal online cookalong class aimed at kids aged 10 – 14.
Description: A seasonal online cookalong class aimed at kids aged 10 – 14. With a strong sustainability message around local fresh produce and zerowaste. Will be featuring locally grown and heirloom varieties of fruits and vegetables such as asparagus and rhubarb. Each day has a menu of three recipes: a main dish, side and a sweet treat. The kids are taught classic French cooking techniques and culinary terms. Also knife skills, food safety, proper food storage and zerowaste practices. Dinner on the table by 6pm!
Fee: €85 for the 5 days of the replays
Each day the menu will be inspired by a different country with savoury and sweet dishes.
