Welcome to Sleep Meditation for a Good Night’s Rest. My name is Anne Koller and I will be guiding you in a 30 minute yoga nidra meditation designed to systematically allow your body to fully relax and drift into a peaceful, deep sleep.
Often, we go to sleep with an abundance of physical and mental tension. Even if we sleep 10 hours, we can still wake up feeling tired and not rested. This is because we are falling asleep without relaxing first. Try this meditation in bed and get restful sleep whether it be 5 hours or 10.
