Sleep Meditation for Revitalization at work is a guided 30 minute meditation designed to revitalize your body, keep your mind aware and balance your emotions. You can do this at work in a chair, in bed in the morning to transition into your day or whenever you need an energetic boost.
Before doing this meditation, please complete the Intro to Sleep Meditation at least 5 times.
