With the world becoming more fast-paced, the more we are losing control of our self care balance and the more exhausted we are becoming. I used to stress out and overthink situations all the time. I worked many jobs and was constantly feeling exhausted. I was always injuring myself or in pain of some sort and one day I decided, I'm not going to live like this anymore. Nearly 20 years ago I began my first meditation and have never looked back.
I want you to experience more joy and less overwhelm as well. I am inviting you to take my hand as I gently guide you to slow down your world and your mind.

If you are new to meditation, using my simple guided meditations can ease you into getting the full benefits of a meditation practice, finding more joy and peace from the demands in your life.
I have created 2 bundles for you. An evening meditation bundle and a morning meditation bundle.
The reason being that the evening meditation music is created for a deeper relaxation whereas the morning meditation music is created for better focus, more energy and success.
After meditating for around 2 decades I can definitely say that a daily practise is doable! I understand that different days require different demands from us and that is why I have created 5, 10, 15 and 20 minute meditations in each bundle. That's right! All you have to do is choose which one you can fit in that morning or evening, hit play and away you go.
Ideally you should aim for 2 x 20 minute meditations per day, one in the morning and one in the evening. But always keep in mind by practicing these meditations you'll learn attitudes and skills that can be used throughout the day in any activity you're involved in, bringing you more mindfulness and creativity. You will notice benefits from repeated practice, and although daily practice is ideal, whatever you can manage will be of benefit. Doing even a small amount of meditation is better than doing none.
