This basement renovation had ample potential from the very beginning, as a single family dwelling with a large building footprint we were presented with more options. We decided to include 2 bedrooms, 1 washroom, and an open concept Kitchen, Living and Dining room along with a separate Laundry room for any new tenant. At the end of this renovation, our design had provided our client with a Basement Apartment and another source of income.
