Important:

The New Toolbar and Panel bar doesn't work in Maya 2018

You have to remove "toolbox.mel" - "createModelPanelBar.mel" from scripts

while you do have Mesh Combiner 1 on this pack, MeshCombiner 2 is not available in this product. it is only part of Modeling Tools:
