Happy party hats

Content: Four awesome party hats templates to wear at a very (or not so) special celebration.

Designs:
- Ok bye.
- Little kitties.
- Happy fun.
- Mint stripes

Measurements: 15 cm.

Instructions:
1. Print the templates.
2. Cut the dashed line.
3. Cut with an x-acto knife the dashed line inside the party hat.
4. Fold a cone shape and introduce the lash.
5. cut holes on the side and add a ribbon or elastic to hold the party hat on that lovely head of yours.
