The Barbell Creed Poster

I created The Barbell Creed in order to provide an anthem for all lifters using the barbell to hone their discipline. The idea struck me when I was working on developing additional content to promote the Next Wave Athletics Barbell Club in San Diego, California.

My hope is that affiliate owners, and even those with Garage Gyms embrace the creed and have one of these posters hanging on their wall.
