Tiger Pose / Eka Hasta Vyaghrasana
Warm up your booty and legs by pumping your tiger tail! Start in table position with your shoulders over your hands and hips over your knees. Lift one foot back and up like you're raising the roof with your heel!
To work your balance, lift your opposite arm forward or across and back to grab the foot!
To fully extend your tiger and open your chest, grab your big toe with your pointer and middle finger from the inside wrapping out. Press your elbow out and away from your body heading toward the top of your gaze as you lift your chest and enlongate your spine into a crescent shape.
