Tip the Waiter: A Collection of Drawings and Wisdom Left Behind At Restaurants

Tip the Waiter is an ongoing project of mine, where I'd draw on the backs of receipts when I go out to restaurants and coffee shops, and leave them behind for the staff to keep. A mix of illustration and handdrawn typography bringing to life quotes and nuggets of wisdom, that began as an exercise and has evolved into a sort of habit, and hopefully bringing a bit of positivity to those who receive it.

This little book is a collection of material from the last twelve months, documented with my camera phone and initially shared on my Tumblr. It also contains additional material and commentary specifically for this volume.
