Q: What is Trademarked?
A: Trademarked is a computer program (currently only available for Windows) that helps you to stay safe in the merch game by helping you to easily find trademarks for your designs.
Q: How many trademarks can I search for in Trademarked?
A: You can search for 1 trademark or for 50,000 trademarks at once. Trademarked is designed to handle a huge amount of searches, so it will be perfect for you, if you have a lot of designs that need to be checked.
Q: Where is the trademark data from and is it up to date?
A: Trademarked has its own database which consists of all the trademarks in the clothing class (IC 025) from the USPTO. The database will be updated every few days and you can always check the last time the database was updated by clicking on the "Info" button in the program.
Q: Will I be able to run Trademarked on my PC?
A: Trademarked is only available for Windows systems and it was only tested on Windows 10 computers, so we can give no guarantee that it will work on older systems.
Trademarked needs around 200 MB disk space to install and the size could become larger, if it is used actively.
Trademarked should work fine on newer systems with over 2 GHz multi-core processors and 2-4 GB RAM. We can make no promises for slower or older machines.
Q: Will my searches be saved?
A: The awesome thing about Trademarked is that you can create your own database with all your designs (the text that is on the designs) in it and search for them all quickly and easily. This feature will help you to stay safe and it will make you so much more productive because you don't have to search for trademarks one by one. Your self-created database will be stored locally and we will never see or save any data on what you search for.
Q: What do I receive when I buy Trademarked?
A: When you buy it, you can download and use Trademarked on one PC for as long as you have an active subscription. You will be able to create an account in the software and you will have access to it as long as your subscription is active. You can only use Trademarked on one device. Your account will be locked to the device you registered on, so please keep that in mind. When you cancel your subscription you will be able to use Trademarked until the subscription period ends and after that you will no longer be able to use the software.
Q: Do I have to create an account?
A: Yes, in order to use Trademarked you need to create an account in the program itself. Otherwise you won't be able to use Trademarked.
