This is the course I wish I could have taken back when my brain was busy convincing me I wasn’t capable of travel. It’s absolutely everything I wish I’d known about how to manage anxiety before and while travelling.
I let my anxiety control my life for far too long and I don’t want you to do the same.
When I inched a toe onto a plane ten years ago, I had no idea that travel would be the single greatest thing to help me deal with my anxiety. It taught me that if you get panic attacks but dream of wandering the planet, you need to do it.
