The following are part of the required textbooks for the college level Ear Training and Solfege classes which I teach in Los Angeles.
Performance Ear Training III, Textbook, Voicings, Workbook I, Workbook II and MP3 Audio Libraries (Dorian and Mixolydian). Workbooks I-II are Hand Notation Workbooks (you have to print them out).
Textbook: Ear training exercises, solfege examples, chromatic scale solfege syllables and conducting patterns.
Voicings: Using Cm7(9) voicing for Dorian and C7(13,9) for Mixolydian ear training exercises.
Workbook I: Dorian and Mixolydian Scales in all key centers and different cycles.
