Will the healing energy to flow into you.

Feel the warmth of this energy.

When you breathe out all the waste and unneeded energy flows out.

Keep breathing energy in and out of your third eye.

Do that for a few or several minutes. Or as long as you like.

Now breathe healing energy into your solar plexus.

As you breathe in imagine healing energy flowing into you, and into your solar plexus.

Will the healing energy to flow into you.

Breathe the energy out to all your nerves.

As you breathe out direct the energy from your solar plexus through all of your nerves. Let the energy fill and flow through your nerves.

Do that for a few or several minutes. Or as long as you like. You may also wish to increase the time as you get better at directing your healing energy.
