Thank you for your interest in our Amazon ungating service. We take the lengthy and complicated process of getting approved to sell groceries on the US platform and make it simple and easy. Please be aware that this process takes time. Its very rare that someone is ungated on their first application. Please make sure that your metrics meets the minimum requirement before purchasing our service.

Seller Metric Targets:

-Order defect rate: < 1%

-Pre-fulfilment cancel rate: < 2.5%

-Late shipment rate: < 4%

You MUST maintain these metrics during the approval process.

We would like to inform you of some recent changes. Amazon is requiring one of the following a resale certificate or a business license. You will need to have that in order to apply. Amazon is also restricting certain brands in every category. We are seeing more brand restrictions in beauty, health, and clothing. Even when you are approved to sell in a category, that doesn’t mean that you can sell ANYTHING in that category. There are many Amazon restricted brands and they are restricted for many different reasons. Some companies may have exclusive agreements with Amazon or another seller. Some brands are counterfeited so heavily that they require sellers to obtain their goods directly through the manufacturer, and you will need to be approved by them as an authorized reseller before you can list their items. This doesnt mean that you will not be able to sell products in the category you choose to be ungated in. Once you are ungated we suggest that before you make a purchase to download the seller app sign into your account and search for that product. You will know instantly if you are able to sell that product. If you are not sure please contact seller support. Unfortunately Amazon has not released a list of these brands. We have found a website that will give you information and a list of restricted brands. Please follow this link.  We want you to be fully informed before you make a decision on which category you would like help with.
