UniWebView - Limited Redistribution License

UniWebView is a Unity3D package to help you using WebView easily on iOS and Android platform. You can set up a web view and embed web content in your game with less than 10 lines of code. There is also a clean and simple interface for you to interact between the game and web view.

Limited Redistribution License - UniWebView

DEFINITIONS

"Issuer" refers OneV's Den, a software development individual. "Named Products" refers to the software developed by the "Issuer", the code from the "Issuer", and includes technique support for 1 year. Especially, the named products is "UniWebView", which is a plugin of Unity3D(c).

"Reseller" refers to a legally certified reseller of products. "Reseller Product" refers to the software developed by the "Reseller".

TERMS

1. This license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license, to distribute an unlimited number of Named Products within a Reseller Product.

2. You have the right to modify the Named Products and redistribute the software with the changes as a part of Reseller Product; however, any such changes must be relayed back to Issuer, and copyright in them assigned to Issuer.

3. The Reseller Product should not have any forms of competition with Named Products.

4. Issuer licenses the Named Products to you on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind.

ONEV'S DEN MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY WAY OF EXAMPLE BUT NOT OF LIMITATION, OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ONEV'S DEN SHALL NOT BE HELD TO ANY LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM BY RESELLER OR THIRD PARTY ON ACCOUNT OF OR ARISING FROM THE USE OF PRODUCTS.
