Phones were invented to widen the potential of human activities; be it for personal or business reasons. Personally, I think the true purpose of phones is to be a truly handy device that enables its users to perform activities in a convenient and compact setting. There is a reason why some websites have ported a mobile version of their website, so that it could be easily accessible and easy on the eyes. The same standards can be applied to mobile games. They do not necessarily have to be dumbed down but they essentially must not be fussy without having to lower the quality. Moreover, being a game that is loved by all ages would be better.
A game that virtually meets all these aforementioned requirements is Happy Glass. It is exactly the type of game that is easy on the eyes and playable by both children and adults. A review on an application store even stated that Happy Glass can be played by hundred year old people! The reviewer must have been truly engrossed by the game to have been able to say this in a public forum.
Unlike role playing games or action adventure games where the possibilities and narrative is almost endless, puzzle and arcade games do not have that much leeway. The platform is definitely limited and the capacity to improve the immersive and enthralling qualities of the game are definitely ten times harder.
However, Happy Glass is a mobile puzzle game that was able to create a fascinating atmosphere in all aspects. It even added certain features that make it immersive. An example of this would be the 500 levels that are certainly gripping goals for any player. In fact, even children might find the level challenges as a stimulating objective. Moreover, playing Happy Glass is not merely a senseless child’s play. It actually really enables you to think and analyse. This is also great for kids to teach them problem solving methods. Furthermore, it is supplemented by its cute graphics that have equally cute accompanying sounds to boot. All these things make Happy Glass a well-developed game.
Though mobile applications tend to be simpler, again, they do not have to be dumbed down. Happy Glass is a testament of this thinking due to its high quality content.
