This was a deep Meeting held during the Lockdown period in UK.
We began with a deepening meditation, dropping deep and 'Communing with the Divine' following that Ananta gave an intro on the subject of adapting to the loss of control and the importance of 'Communing on a daily basis' in the frequency of Light, Gratitude and the Joy of being, she gave tips on how we can avoid the fear/panic/anxiety and keep the immune system healthy by staying in the zone of wellness.
There were no questions during this almost 2 hour meeting, the silence was so potent and the dominance was felt as a collective Oasis of peace.
