(Audio lecture) What is Our Duty to Ourselves?

In the lecture titled, "Love & Duty," the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan stated that after our duty to Allah our next duty is duty to ourselves. Then the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan went on to explain that keeping our duty to ourselves means maintaining our health and mental well-being. In this lecture I build off of his words. I speak about how self-care is actually a SACRED act that we must not avoid.
