(In-Person Purchase Only) Bad Book T-Shirt

Bad Book (Black Shirt with white Graphic) T-Shirt 

The Shirts will be delivered to the school approximately 2 weeks after purchase (There are exceptions if it is a holiday and they will be delivered once school begins after the holiday.) Once you purchase the shirt, show proof of purchase at the table. Fill out the form. Select a size and whether it is an adult or child's shirt) Then write the Students Name, Teacher name, and School Name. When the order comes in, it will be sent home with your child.
