1. Can I cook along during the class?

This is a demo-only class. The cook along sessions in my experience will take up a much longer time so it’s not optimum to do so. You’ll be given a class booklet with step-by-step recipes prior to the class so you can easily understand what I’m demonstrating in class.

2. Do I need any special equipment to make cheese?

You’ll need to have a food processor or a blender. If you have a dehydrator, that would be great. If not, you can use an oven if you don’t need the parmesan shards to be 100% raw. You can just firm up your cultured sunflower seed cheese in the fridge.

3. How do I pay for the class?
