Prior to our scheduled session, I will ask you to fill out a questionnaire that will help me understand your store, your desired changes, the goals you want to achieve, and any uncertainties that may arise.

Your answers will form the basis for our consultancy, ensuring that we are on the same page and ready to improve your store together and resolve all your questions.

The questionnaire is a crucial aspect of the consultancy process and must be completed before our meeting.

2. Questionnaire: You will immediately receive a questionnaire to fill out.
3. Send Your Answers: Once you have completed the questionnaire, send it via email following the instructions at the end of the questionnaire.
4. Schedule the Call: You will receive a link to schedule our 60 minute call based on availability on my interactive calendar which I will send to you.
5. Important Note: Consultation times are limited to the slots you will see listed among my availability.

Can I Participate with a Colleague or Employee?

No, this consultation is designed for individual participation. If you need consultancy for a work group, do not hesitate to contact me, and together we can study a solution suited to your needs.

Can I Purchase More Than One Hour of Consultation?

I recommend starting with an hour to assess your needs. After our first session, we can determine whether more time or a different solution is needed.

What if I don't know how to answer the questions in the questionnaire?

If you don't yet have all the necessary information or don't have a clear idea yet, take your time. Once we have collected the responses, we can schedule the call.

What happens if I book and then am unable to connect?

Please let me know if you are unable to connect, and we will schedule a new session. If you do not notify me at least 3 hours before the consultation, you will still be charged for the booked hour, as I would have reserved that time for you.
