Train for the Tee is a home based, 6 week, golf specific workout series, designed to launch you into the golf season. You will have access to 36 original follow along workout videos complete with detailed instruction and demonstration. Suitable for all fitness levels, as there are exercise modifications provided throughout! All workouts range from 35-45 minutes, except your mobility days, which are 20-25 min. Commit to T4T and start the season off right!
