The WatMann Single Tab Fin Set is for surfboards using the Futures Fin system.
These are high-volume, airfoil-based fins. The WatManns use a German sailplane airfoil with a very unique shape. They're convex on both sides, with a wide point very far back as well as a concave pinch towards the trailing edge. These fins are unlike anything you've ever seen on a surfboard!
Expect lots of speed, glide and dynamic travel. Unlike the DFeaters or MDBIs, these fins are very unopinionated. If you want to side slip down to the sweet spot you're looking for go right ahead. Turning action seems to activate the concave pinch in the back. Have fun with these fins, you'll begin to see how airfoils each lend a unique feel to how your board can fly down the line of a wave.
StormFins are the moniker I'm using for this project I'm now years deep in. These fins are all high volume, which translates to high lift. Surfing is analagous to flight. These fins are analagous to wings.
These are 3D printed fins made with PETG filament. Improvements are coming, you'll be able to order injection-molded and G10 versions of my fin designs soon - but I still have to make the kickstarter for that.
