Thank you so much for the important work that you do!
Too often unacknowledged, you play an incredibly significant role in society. Your students are lucky to have an educator willing to bring more meaningful curriculum into the classroom.
May it inspire important conversations, increased self-knowledge, and serve you and your students for many years to come.
Thank you for the support!

Wayfinder is an innovative, engaging, and empowering curriculum inspired by The One Week Job Project - an extraordinary initiative of self discovery in which individuals around the world are exploring their passions through trying out different careers, one week at a time.
Wayfinder consists of 10 lessons and is designed with a focus on the development of self-knowledge, examining the questions, "Who am I?" "What do I want?" and "What is the first step?”
Available as an online curriculum with PDF downloads and streaming video, as well as a physical edition that will be mailed to you.

Each lesson includes five sections:
1. Introduction Video (sample below)
The intro video is approximately 3-6 minutes in length and features Sean Aiken introducing the theme of the lesson. For reference, the transcript is included at the start of each lesson in the Course Guide.
The reflection questions are designed for the students to answer individually in their notebook as they tend to be more personal and thought-provoking.
In each lesson, an exercise is used to illustrate the theme. This is a chance to go further with the ideas of the lesson and to inspire some practical takeaways for each student.
Following the exercise, there is a discussion section with questions to stimulate dialogue about the theme of each lesson.
5. Final Thoughts
At the end of each lesson, there are final thoughts that re-visit some of the more important ideas of each lesson.
Wayfinder was designed by Sean Aiken in collaboration with educators, Dr. Michelle Jones, Lindsay Goodridge and Kristy Baker, and is a part of a larger collaborative project called The Wayfinding Initiative, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
