As a registered dietitian, I believe in a whole-foods based approach to health and wellness. Weeknight Paleo is a cookbook containing 20 of my favorite and most frequently cooked meals, complete with modifications for AIP (Autoimmune Paleo), GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome), and low-FODMAP diets.
