A 6-week in class program that will teach you the greatest challenges of Belly Dancing; layering with foot, arm and finger cymbals. Students will be doing vigorous muscle contractions, speed and accuracy, and challenging steps. Classes include a thorough warm-up to build strength and flexibility, technique breakdown, drills and fun combinations. You will learn the A-Z Advanced routines by Keti Sharif. The Advanced Stage moves focus on CLASSICAL BELLYDANCE. You will learn routines with a higher degree of precision and quicker flowing transitions, plus new Oriental dance techniques.
