The following article has been created as a guide for the purpose of facilitating presentations on Primordial Technology Theta Methods and Trainings.
The article/presentation focus on the Sleipnir Diary & The SWOT 9+ Tool for assessment and their applications for scientific research, technology innovation and strategic management.
The author/researcher along the article/presentation describes the Sleipnir Diary, examples of some of its fields, list the assessment tools that can be utilized in combination with it (Primordial Technology Theta Tools) in particular the author will give attention to a tool for which there has not been publications shared to public and only to private customers: The SWOT 9+ Assessment tool, which is an advanced version of the traditional SWOT combined with the 9 Elements and the Heart Method created by the researcher.
The author will also refer to the Sleipnir, the 8 legged horse, the horse of Odin, and review mythology and symbolic language references, also explain the differences between symbolic language and primordial symbolic language.
References to the Matrix Thinking, Matrix Perception & Matrix type of Project Management will be also given. As well a brief instructional on how to utilize the 72927 Watch Calendar of 27 times units/day for the generation of vectors of time. The Primordial Vectorial Math will be as well utilized.
The Matrix 9+ Game Generator will be introduced as a tool for gamification, as well "The Game of the Gods” created with it, and made available through the LDMF Foundation website.
The author describes how the LDMF Foundation has gamified own organizations and projects and integrated their methods for technology innovation, research, and services like coaching, training and consultancy.
The author suggests as well training programs - similar to the one provided to coaches, and business managers, leaders (at the LDMF Foundation) - to be provided for scientists, educators, researchers, in which the principles of strategic management are applied (integrated into the Primordial Technology Theta Methods suggested: See Publications on “Methods" by the researcher).
