Details about the 4-Week "Jump Start" Program are:
1 - Limited to 5 people per course, in a 30-day Program, starting March 8th 2016.
2 - This 4-Week Program, includes 8 group classes, that continuously progress upon each other. That means by class #8, you should be able to work much harder and feel more confident in the gym than in class #1.
Note: You will be asked to do at least one additional workout per week on your own.
