Yesterday, I began teaching my little cousin yoga because he needs more flexibility as he transitions from defense to offense on his high school football team. I love a challenge and teaching a teenage football player yoga this day in age can be quite tough as you gotta work past the tough guy status and their standard whatever attitude! So I decided to make a fun yoga for football playbook that would help him build a practice on his own and have fun while doing it. There are plays drawn out for repeat flows and Xs and Os representing the in breath and out breath. I even threw in a couple pranayama techniques and a mudra that can be used to get pumped up before the big game! Check it out!
