CLIMB FIT is a 6 Week Training Plan designed specifically for the beginner to 5.10+ climber who is looking to make the most of their available gym time. With a focus on movement practice, on both routes and boulders, and tactics, this plan seeks to ensure that you as a climber get BETTER, as well as stronger.
CLIMB FIT consists of 3 climbing workouts that you can cycle through, to work on route endurance, bouldering movement, and route tactics and performance. Also included is a supplemental strength training workout, which you can add to your climbing workouts if time and energy permit. Your download also includes log sheets to help you track your training.
In order to make the most of CLIMB FIT, you will need access to both routes and boulders, and sort of adjustable suspension trainer, such as a TRX or one of the many homemade versions available on Youtube.
