Introduction Stellar Foundation Workshop 3
Congratulations! You arrived at workshop three; Extract your (actionable) design principles. I hope you enjoyed the human diversity, available knowledge, energy, and output from workshop two; Define your Conversational Assistant. Before we start co-creating again, your facilitator must prepare, consolidate, and polish our efforts.
By using a co-creation, we enriched our gathered data by using different perspectives. In this workshop, we will use our Consolidation spreadsheet and other online tools to synthesize our knowledge into a compounded One Source of Truth.
Be prepared to defend your ground and have a lot of fun in creating clarity and vision for your Conversational Assistant.
After this workshop, the facilitator will use your one source of truth to forge your vision statements and actionable design principles, the seeds for your conversations in the digital space.

The intent for this workshop
The world needs new thinking and new possibilities. Perhaps it sounds surprising, but I become more creative when I think inside the box.
Stellar UX focuses on WHAT we are building in the digital space with WHOM and for WHOM. By including outliers, bold thinkers, and lead-consumers, we validate what you are about to create before we create it.
Design principles do just that; they are broad enough to be creative and restrictive enough to unleash real creativity in digital conversation design.
This workshop teaches you how to use activity pairs and consolidate and synthesize our gathered data into an Assistant Character Canvas. We will co-decide which data we take on-board and which information we will leave behind. We intend to create one source of truth from which we can extract the Design principles for our Conversational Assistant.
