Rozanne has a long career as a wholefood chef, cookbook author, cookery tutor and sustainability champion. She is the culinary director of a zerowaste test kitchen incubated in Dublin City University. The test kitchen exists to eliminate food waste in catering and create earth friendly, healthy menus.
